NYPD puts up its own tower in Williamsburg

It's not a 40-story condo tower, but Sky Watch, a two-story high surveillance booth that has a spotlight, sensors, and cameras. The police department has used the towers in various places around the city, and just installed new ones in Harlem and in Williamsburg (at Moore and Graham).
