The Department of Transportation (DOT) is also currently installing islands at the bottom of the Pulaski Bridge which is causing more of a traffic jam in the mornings instead of making it less congestive. What's up with that? From Brooklyn to Queens bound side, it's terrible and has added 10 minutes to my commute.
